We kick things off with a conversation – Understanding the objectives of your event and the experience you’re aiming to create.
2. Music Consult
Chatting through the music brief for your event. Remy will work with you to make sure the tunes fit the vibe of the room and align with your brand and/or aesthetic of your event.
3. Logistics & Planning
4. Execution
Professional presentation. Professional sound. Quality Tunes. Staying on important cues, reading the room and keeping an open communication with you throughout the day.

FAQ
Is setup and pack-down time included?
Yes — setup and pack-down are covered. You only pay for the actual DJ performance time
Do you have public liability insurance?
Yes. Forever Grooves carries public liability insurance up to $20,000,000. Certificate of currency available on request. All audio & DJ equipment is also insured.
How does the music planning work?
Remy will create a brief or ‘vibe guide’ for the event with you, or give input on a brief you’ve already create.
How do you curate music for an event?
The crowd demographic, setting, and environment are all considered, while also taking into account brand identity and the client’s brief.
Do you provide your own gear?
Yes. Standard setups cover a space of up to ~150 guests with PA, decks, and wireless mic. For larger or multi-zone events, additional sound can be added. For venues with tricky load-ins, I can also work with your existing AV provider.
Where are you located?
Forever Grooves is located in the inner-north of Melbourne, Victoria. Travel is free for locations <15km radius of Fitzroy. Locations further than this incur a fee of $50/hour.
